This week we will commence 8 weeks of YOGA FOR COURAGE AND FEARLESSNESS

Acting courageously means acting even though you may be afraid. How do you rise above the occasion and let your inner royalty and radiance shine? How do you manifest—in a moment’s notice--courage and strength to cut through the negativity and exceed your own expectations?

Join me in an inspiring series of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes to remember that you are part of the Infinite’s light and power, to recognise your own magnificence and then reveal it. It awakens the soul –the warrior within—and the higher self of the human being.

Thursdays 18:00-19:15 or 19:30 - 22:00 at Blackheath Quakers Meeting House,

We will work though the following elements with appropriate Kriyas and Meditations as well as Sound Healing.

Week 1: The Vision - to see your goal and keep it in your consciousness.

Week 2: The Courage - to attempt it and to keep up.

Week 3: The Grit - to go through it.

Week 4: The Humility - to know who the Doer is.

Week 5: The Knowledge - to substantiate it.

Week 6: The Prayer - to feed it.

Week 7: The Grace - to carry yourself through it.

Week 8: The Determination - to achieve it.”
